The Golden State Warriors are soaring as they have the best record in the NBA.
The Golden State Warriors are No. 1 in the Western Conference right now, with an outstanding 38 wins and only four losses. The big question is will they be stopped? Will the Warriors keep winning, as the NBA postseason gets close? Steph Curry elaborated on the team mindset this season.
“It’s kind of a quiet confidence that we don’t feel like we’re going to lose anytime soon. The way we’re playing, we can get better,” Steph Curry, reigning NBA MVP, said in an interview with AP.org.
Curry is a strong leader on the team. He led his team to their first title in 40 years last season and helped the Warriors get off to a record-setting start. Curry has become the face of the NBA with his jersey becoming one of the best sellers in the league.
According to Mercurynews.com, ESPN analyst Jalen Rose said, “Steph actually looks different. Like the best player in the league usually is also physically opposing. (He is) 6-6 plus, scowl on his face, menacing…Steph allows us into his living room. We see him on a national stage be a son, a dad, a husband, a father, and a brother. And he does all of it while continuing to improve.”
So the question remains, how far will the team go this season and will they be stopped? Based on how they are currently playing, there might be another NBA Finals ring coming soon for Golden State.
